How do I buy?

Choose color, size and quantity. To purchase you can add to cart and continue, or pay immediately with Apple Pay/Shop Pay, or choose "more payment options", where you will enter your shipping information (in the lower section) in order to pay with other credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex etc.)

You will also find the option to pay with PayPal.

What happens after purchasing?

Once you have ordered a product, it goes into production for at least 2-3 days (the time depends on the amount of requests in that period).

Subsequently, it will be shipped with the timing that you can read in the descriptions above.

If the product is out of stock?

You can always order the products, even if a size is out of stock.

This procedure has been designed to give you the possibility to always order, without being disappointed just because maybe your size is missing at that moment and you cannot complete the operation.

It works like this: when you order a size that is out of stock, we'll do a quick check to see if other suppliers have it (Travel Mood® is connected to multiple suppliers), in order to immediately send the product into production. If they don't have it, we will write to you through the contact you left us during the order, and we will notify you that the size purchased is not in stock, and that it was not possible to find it from other suppliers. At that point we'll figure out what to do together: you can safely wait for the size to be back in stock, so that the order can start, or proceed with the refund.
