This procedure has been designed to give you the possibility to always order, without being disappointed just because maybe your size is missing at that moment and you cannot complete the operation.

If they don't have it, we will write to you through the contact you left us during the order, and we will notify you that the size purchased is not in stock, and that it was not possible to find it from other suppliers. At that point we'll figure out what to do together: you can safely wait for the size to be back in stock, so that the order can start, or proceed with the refund.
